• 2022 Standing Member Election - Time Frame

From Andrew Leary@1:320/219 to All on Sun Jan 30 05:48:46 2022
    Hello everybody!

It has come to my attention that the netmailed copy sent to all RCs of the FTSC election time frame inadvertently contained the time frame from a previous election. The copy posted here was correct. A followup netmail has now been sent to all RCs with the correct dates.

The nomination period opens today at 20:00 UTC.

    Thank you,

    Andrew
    FTSC Election Coordinator

And will it be published in the FidoNews?

It was submitted to the FidoNews editor before last week's issue was published; apparently he missed it. It should be in this week's issue.

Last in the section "How to submit an article", you can read this:

Please include a message, telling me that you have sent an article.
That way I will know to look for it.

Just sending the file(s) generally don't work, I seldom check my incoming netfile folder manually.

Oops, I forgot that we already have a file echo named FTSC, so I called our new file echo FTS. If nothing else, it should remind you about the proper file extension... :)

Oh my god, I'm really in dire need of coffee after a long night of Fidonews editing. As y'all probably understand, the above was supposed to be a netmail. :(
