Why not simply have a shared file on the Telegram side that people can download?
I do not know how to do that. ;)
That one file could summarize the usage wrt to customizing the SUBJ or the TO and the recent CC, and include a section of the linked echos.
It is possible to do this, but the message to each new user seems to me more effective.
Weird.. my original message got cut-off early. :(
--Subj: BTW, in Fidonet there is a nice thing - the list of Fidonet echos--
It's done automatically when we "attach" a file as a "file" (as
opposed to a photo) in a message. Then that file will show up in the GroupInfo section.
I will do a test for that in this message.
But.. I can see a problem with that especially if would be an echo/group list that keeps changing. However, some kind of file-naming convention like TGLISTyymm could be adopted to represent the most current list.

more effective.
Yes.. an automated pvt post to the new user with the contents of a README file with all the current echos and command options would https://brorabbit.g0x.ru/pic/TGM%20Echo%20List%20DEC%202020.txt
