Yes.. in looking up the possibly complete speech, I came upon
some commentary that pointed out the familiar individual in the
background.
A typical Mad Vlad attempt, as usual not even realising what the

And that is a valid point. Vlad has no concept how savvy the

I read somewhere that Russia can boast the highest rates of
tuberculosis. And, yet unrelated, their population rate is
declining pretty fast and its own economy will suffer for it.
