    I got busy yesterday with Easter and forgot to push out an issue...will have one next week. Sorry about that.

    I delayed a square dance publication until Sunday night, due to weather,
    and Easter Weekend. Then, power was out here much of Monday, due to the
    power company doing infrasructure work...they gave no prior notice of it,
    and I lost all the food I had in the refrigerator/freezer. And, I obviously couldn't do any computer or BBS work, laundry, etc.

    Losing all the food after a mere few hours without power?

    And, I obviously couldn't do any computer or BBS work, ...

    Now "that" is what I call "bad" ... or as they would say in Australia "Baaaaaaaaad" ...

    I had a tire explode on the freeway yesterday at 85mph ... really interesting when you hear that happening, the car starts swaying and the christmas tree lights up ...

    Then the plant where my son does precision work burned down during the night.

    Sean needing triple bypass, Nick sick as hell ... we are all dooooooomed.

    Losing all the food after a mere few hours without power?

    I checked the food safety site, and it said after 4 hours, the food
    has to be discarded. I've had gastrointeritis several times before
    (nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea simultaneously), and had to call the
    ambulance to go to the Emergency Room, to get a massive dose of Zofran
    (sp?) to stop the vomiting.

    Now "that" is what I call "bad" ... or as they would say in Australia "Baaaaaaaaad" ...

    Cue the music from Hee Haw: "If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no
    luck at all". :P

    They are saying a worldwide famine will take hold in less than 3 months.
    The way China is saber rattling toward Taiwan, among other countries doing likewise, it sounds like World War III will be here by summer.
