Hi, Alexander! Recently you wrote in a message to Denis Mosko:

ME > OF > L "caput", head. Doublet of "chef".

Yes, Denis, if you ask in English we can all put our heads together. You already understand English far better than I understand Russian.... :-))

    No, I haven't.

I see two e-mail addresses in the message to which I'm replying:

    From: "alexander koryagin" <koryagin@erec.ru>

    and

    Bye Ardith!

If I knew which you prefer to use for matters relating to this echo,
I could confirm that you have my current address with an e-mail to you.... :-)

Hi, Alexander! Recently you wrote in a message to Ardith Hinton:

some letters changed so not to expose it here, but

    I appreciate that.... :-)

I believe you will guess which e-mail address I mean.

I believe you used the same address we have already made available in our Z1 Echolist updates. It should work. Dallas suggests you try again. :-)

I wanted to ask you about something, and if we can do it via
e-mail, it would be desirable to use it, if you don't mind.

I understand. Although I can & do receive netmail from Russia, it is difficult for me to respond at times because North American software generally doesn't take point numbers into consideration. A message may leave our system with the point number intact... then I get a plaintive note from the recipient asking me to include the point number because somebody else's software omitted it en route. When I tried to send netmail to Russia direct, we got a bill for six hundred dollars because the computer at the other end persisted in hanging up after four rings while our computer kept trying to do what it had been told to do. If somebody wants to know the plural of "hippopotamus", for example... info. which other folks might also benefit from... I tend to reply in the echo because I see that as a more efficient use of my time & effort.

If you need to communicate with me in private the address you've used is probably your best bet. It will arrive in Dallas's e-mail, where he'll see it sooner than I would if you'd sent it to my address. I prefer Fidomail, for most ordinary purposes, but I'm willing to make occasional exceptions.... :-)

Send an e-mail to my google address, (although all
the e-mail addresses I use writing here are valid and
you can use any of them).

Thanks for the info. I'll try that if a resend doesn't work.... :-)

Ah... very clever! I replied this afternoon. :-)

Both of these addresses are mine. Although, the mentioned letter I had
sent using my google address (gAlexKo[]google.com).

I asked about a message which I had sent to you via usual e-mailing. I
sent it to dhinton[]shax.ca. (some letters changed so not to expose it here, but I believe you will guess which e-mail address I mean.
