  • can't install wcReports

    Hello - just got my customised CDROM with the
    latest versions on it, including wcReports.

    However, when I try installing wcReports, I get
    the following error box about 35% into the setup:

    Component Error returned the following data
    transfer error. Setup will now abort.
    Media Name: data
    Component: Shared DLLs
    File Group: Shared DLLs
    File: C:\WINDOWS\System32\msexcl35.dll
    Error Number: -119

    I have tried the install on a clean install of NT
    server (no SP's), also SP3, and SP6a. Same error
    occurs each time.

    There is a fix for that on the updates web page. . There are
    some DLLs missing.

    go to the Products updates/Knowledge base. There is a section on the
    119 error.
