This is an alias-friendly echo BTW, you can make up whatever name you want.

I thought you dropped off the face of the earth somewhere in Montana?

It was cold last Saturday, near freezing, when I got out of the sleeping and the Canada geese arrived right after sunrise to winter. One of the mountain passes is already closed due to excessive snows so I decided to gead back to Europe. It's like 35C here ... I wanna go back. Too hot.

This is an alias-friendly echo BTW, you can make up whatever name you

If it works for you it is a good one. I use Al in alias friendly areas because that is what most people call me anyway.

If you don't have an alias you could just use your name as always, or come up with an alias that suits you. It's all good either way.

The previous week's Saturday I woke up in my tent in Montana and when getting out of my sleeping bag, it suddenly felt "cold".

Then after breakfast a 7am flocks of Canada Geese started to arrive for the winter. It was amazing to be able to see the change of seasons that way.

They are "Canada Geese" anyway, and you're Canadian. I thought that'd make you feel proud.

But indeed, given the relative small size of that island and the number of geese, that's a whole lot of crap. But it's predator-free for them, so it must be in the genes to come back there.

Oh they would, just would not want to be sleeping outdoors in a camp and have them giving me a "wakeup call".
