I didnt know wildcat even does qwk.

What I want to do is pull dove-net into my computer running win server 6.4 sorry I have been away from bbs's for along time now so I have slept since then and don't remember. I know I have to have my computer call another computer to download packets of dove-net. So do I have to make a batch file to do that? it needs to have my login info with it also. So I guess Im asking for a little help with maybe a example and instructons. Any help would be appreciated may even give a reward say 100.00 well maybe not. Money is hard to get now a days. I figured it out and now am hooked up with a qwk mail network.
Thanks though for the offer to help.
I am wondering if anyone here could or would make a script or mod to call out Wildcat telnet outbound to pick up qwk mail.
I or anyone would then be able to edit/add the telent address the login name and password and then the keys to go to the message menu and then the qwk menu it would then auto upload the rep and download the qwk packet and put it in the WC5-7\qwk\in folder.

Basically, you've got 3 steps. Really easy once you know how. Either create a quick script for ftp to download the QWK packet and upload the .REP, or use IFTP or IREXW setup to handle your downloading. Use WCQWK
to import the mail. Synchronet uses mail groups in the 1000's. eg.
your first message group is 1000, second is 20000. Dovenet is
unfortuantly hard-coded to a different set of numbers, so you either
need to look into synchronet bbs's cfg or find the text file that tells
you what the numbers are... Though I've gotta warn you, I've found the numbers don't always match up to the text file like they're supposed to
be!
