    What's the status of the Microsoft deal and the infringement on chat? I
    haven't heard anything on it for a while.

    There is an effort to make the PATENT invalid. The World Wide Web Consortium is challenging the patent.

    I wouldn't worry much about it. If anything, it isn't us or you that have license it. It is Microsoft if they want to keep allowing it in the browser. But with the challenge now, it will be a while before something comes out of this.
