Sounds good, we've got a brisket on the smoker right now. Got it on a
good mark down the other day as it was approaching the last day of
    sale.

Nice! We found some beef roasts on sale the other day and got 2.
(Limit of 2 per person) Had one and it was good!

Working on it, saw the doctor today. I can now flex it more, working my way back to a full flex over the next few weeks. Hand is also
improving; I'm not wearing the splint unless in a situation where it's needed for support. Knee immobiliser for a couple more weeks when out, then I can go without it if I'm cautious about my footing/surroundings.

Good. At least this is positive! I did something and can't walk or
stand for more then a few minutes. Doctor ran some tests and I'm
losing blood somewhere so on Iron pills and have an ultrasound next
week to see if they can find where the missing blood is going. He
wasn't overly concerned so I won't worry about it yet either.

Do get it looked at, sooner, rather than later. I had a problem that I
tought might be colon cancer (classic symptoms) and presented myslef at Memorial medical Centre's Emergency dapt where my BP of 48 over 35 got
them all in a flutter. Turns out it was bleeding ulcers (no pain) not
the dreaded "Big Casino". I asked the ER doc and my Gastro-Enterologit
(who found and reported the ulcers) what the low BP meant. "As close to
dead as you ever want to get." was the reply.

I spent the next 24 hours with a bag of blood in one arm and a bag of
Nexium in the other. Both changed regularly. When they discharge me a
couple days later I felt good enough to whip my weight in wild flowers.
    Bv)=

Turns out it was caused by Alleve that I was taking for arthritis pain.
So it was self-inflicted. And I'm now VERY careful with NSAIDs.

BTW - I con't remember if I emailed you or not (busy couple of days) but
I'm happy to report that Tiny's is behaving as close to normal as it can
    get.

    Title: Bloody Bug Juice
    Categories: Five, Beverages, Fruits, Citrus
    Yield: 6 Servings

    24 oz Strawberries; thawed
    6 oz Lemonade concentrate
    1 qt Ginger ale
    1 c Raisins
    1 c Blueberries

Place the strawberries in a bowl and mash with a fork. In
a large pitcher, mix the strawberry mash, lemonade and
ginger ale. Place handfuls of raisins and blueberries
(bugs) into tall glasses. Pour the liquid over the bugs,
then sit back and watch the bugs and scum rise to the top
of each glass. To quench a creepy crowd's thirst, double
or triple this recipe and serve in a punch bowl.

Drape some gummy worms over the rim of your bowl for a
    particularly swampy-looking effect!

    Yikes.

I don't take NSAIDs at all. However I take martini's for arthritis pain.
So they can cause the ulcer as well.

but I'm happy to report that Tiny's is behaving as close to normal as

Great! Thanks for letting me know!

I've been taking ibuprofem for tendonitis in my left foot which makes
it very hard to walk sometimes. And since I'm a clerk in an auto parts
store that interferes with my job. Hard to carry a pair of brake rotors
whilst using a cane to assist with the walking. Bv)=

Now I find that ibuprofen can/does cause constipation in those over 60
(raises hand) and I have to take a herbal remedy to fix that. Never did
make sense to me to take one pill to fix the side effects of another.
So, I'm going to have to research something non-opioid to deal with the
wonky foor. Opioids scare the s... not out of me.

Always happy to be of service.

You might have your Doc look into Tramadol. It is a controlled
substance but much less addictive than oxycodine. I have been taking it
for years to help with a variety of body aches. My primary doc minus 2
took me off of ibuprofen because of its side effects. Tylonol is also
a pain releivor that can be used in moderation, with possible effects on
the liver if abused. As I said, talk it over with your Doc. Don't
    trust the internet.
