1 c Chickpeas
1 c Blackberries
2 tb Tahini
pn Salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Drizzle of olive oil
Add all ingredients to your blender of choice, and blitz
away!
Once the houmous is smooth, check for seasoning. This
houmous can take a pinch more salt, or even a small
pinch of sugar if yougCOd prefer.
