    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Family-Favorite Tuna Noodle Casserole
    Categories: Pasta, Seafood, Soups, Cheesem, Dairy
    Yield: 6 servings

    16 oz Elbow macaroni
    12 oz Can water-packed tuna;
    - drained, flaked
    21 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream of mushroom
    - soup
    8 1/2 oz Can peas; drained
    8 oz Shredded Ementhal cheese;
    - divided
    1 c Heavy cream
    1/4 ts Black pepper

    Set oven @ 350+|F/175+|C.

    Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain,
    rinse, and drain again. Place in large bowl and add
    tuna, mushroom soup, peas, 1-1/2 cups Swiss cheese,
    cream, and pepper; mix well. Pour into 9- x 13-inch
    baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese over top.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through.

    Title: Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding
    Categories: Desserts, Breads, Dairy, Fruits
    Yield: 6 servings

    4 tb Butter; softened
    2 c Milk
    2 lg Eggs
    1/2 c Sugar
    1/4 ts Salt
    1 ts Ground cinnamon
    3 c Soft bread cubes
    1/2 c Raisins

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Place butter in a small bowl. Scald milk (heat it to
    just below boiling), and pour it over the butter; stir
    to mix well.

    Beat eggs in a large bowl. Gradually stir in milk
    mixture then stir in sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Place
    bread cubes and raisins in a 1-1/2-quart baking dish;
    pour in milk mixture. Stir gently to evenly moisten
    bread. Set baking dish in a larger pan; add hot water
    to larger pan to come about halfway up sides of baking
    dish.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted into
    pudding comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
