:-) Much better than my toast to you. Thank you.

Looks like the BBS is using UTC since it arrived here long before 02:22:54 EST.
If so it appears it got posted rougly 23 miinutes later which is good timing all things considered. I definetly have the advantage of being able to post directly to the BBS so that the msg header's datetime was 02:00:00 (UTC) and the extra special datetime stamp was -={ Sun Nov 5 21:00:00 EST 2017 }=-. I doubt I can get more accurate than that.

    Life is good,
    Maurice

That is quite possible... to add to the confusion, my machine isn't
running particularly accurate time to begin with, it's EST but a bit
fast, which I never bother to change when we go onto EDST... if it runs
fast enough, I'll correct it back some... :) And then, I didn't post
the package to the BBS until a little after the actual toast and all...

You do indeed have an advantage there.... and I did notice the ES
    datetime stamp... :)

I doubt I can get more accurate than that.

No... that was pretty exact.... :)

As far as the cybertoast was concerned I think it did okay given that it arrived here fairly quick so you couldn't have been too far off.

Understood. That is true with offline messaging. Near as I can tell it was transferred roughly 23 minutes after it's true creation time. :-)

I think we both did really good this time. It definetly was enjoyable. I am sure 2018-01-01 will be even more enjoyable and, speaking for myself, just as accurate barring any unforseen glitches rearing their ugly head(s) before then.

Yeah, those nasty unforeseen glitches... ;) Hopefully they'll stay
    far, far away... :)

    Yeah, those nasty unforeseen glitches

There is one of those headed this way as we speak. There is a wind warning calling for gale force winds so it is very possible the power could be knocked out tomorrow ... or worse. :::battening down the hatches:::

    'Tis the season. :-(
