As with collectibles, people also have very strong feelings about foods from their past. Sometimes these special recipes get lost. This section is to help
people who are looking for lost recipes from their past. If you submit a request, please include the geographical region where you tasted the recipe. If you have a vintage recipe request send it to recipes@tias.com and we might just publish it here.

Here is another "Mom" recipes made to stretch a dollar:

My mom made "cheesy" burgers to feed a bunch of us. She'd take a pound of hamburger, brown it, drain the grease, then melt about 2 cups of cheddar into it, served on buns. Made the pound of burger go a long way. We all still love
it to this day and make it for our families.
