    Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone has ever been able to get any Amiga BBS software to run at all under the Amiga Forever emulation software?

I'm running a CNet v5.21b under WinUAE not Amiga Forever, but I am sure it would run under Amiga Forever..

It works rather poorly. I tried it for a while and then moved to FS-UAE instead before finally moving it all to a real Amiga instead.

I have gotten latest CNet BBS to run just fine with the latest version of
    Amiga Forever.

Ok, if I could find a copy of this, do you have documentation on how to get this to work by any chance?

Sorry I have no docs, I basically just copied my set-up from my real Amiga
Hard drive, copied the ROMS and setup WinUAE pretty much like I have my real Amiga configured.

The BBS is at necrobbs.stragnled.net on port 40

I've been running my BBS on FS-UAE for a couple of years now and it works really well.

It works well until you want to attach a real modem to the setup and accept callers via POTS. Then there seems to be no support what so ever.

Best and easiest way to go is WinUAE, full support for both Modems and
Telnet. My board right now has only Telnet, but I do have 2 modems hooked up
to it and will open them to the public in the near future. WinUAE makes it
very easy to go about getting everything installed. I run CNet and setting it up on both a regular A4000 emulation and even a A4000 PPC with AOS 4.1 was
not hard at all.. I went away from the AOS 4.1 because the PPC emulation had minor issues with Telnet, nothing major that would have prevented it from
being used but I didn't like the stability. I downgraded to 3.9 and and run
on a a regular 4000 and it runs flawlessly..
