I decided to leave behavior as is since many tossers work in that way
fr0 will be created again only if first bundle was sent and removed locally
what will tossers do then on dupe ?
we should NOT assume its tossed on each delivery !

check your dBridge... there is most likely an option to "delete files when sent" or to "truncate files when sent"... set it to "delete" and you can mimic the aftershock behavoir ;)
