    I get this when I run sbbsecho

    Node (1:124/5014) externally locked via ..//fido/outbound\007c1396.bsy

    I cosistently get this. What is happening and how do I resolve?

    If you view the file, it should tell you what program created it. If that program is no longer running, then it's safe to delete the .bsy file.
