  • Potential Mystic Issue

    Hey Dm,

    I was on your board and I lost connection to the internet, when I regained internet and tried to logon your bbs it said Blocked! and I can also no
    longer poll dorenet. Is this a bug in Mystic or did you block me?

    This is more then likely, just a issue of the way mystic is -cfg and not a
    bug. Probably when you lost connection to the internet, it caused your nodes ~\mystic\data\chat1.dat file to remain in the folder. Then when you regained the internet and reconnected Mystic either showed your IP address on two different nodes or didn't even let you connect twice with the same IP, depending on DM's Mystic -cfg for multi IP adddresses. Plus, If he has his auto Blocking for multi-IP connection Enable for #XX connection within so many Seconds. Then would have caused your IP to be Blocked after #XX amount of times that you retried to reconnect.. hehe hope that makes since (:

    mystic if you call / poll to many times it looks at it and blocks. i think there is a good ip file i will have to add you in i think.
