    I'm rereading "Black Echo" by Michael Connelley. He's the author of "The Lincoln Lawyer" too. Anyways, "Black Echo is the first book in the "Harry Bosch" series. I first read it and the series about 10 years ago.

    BTW, there's a TV adapation called "Bosch", and it's only available on Amazon Prime. It's one of the reasons I've been rereading the series.

    Harry Bosch is a detective in the L.A. Robbery Homicide division of the LAPD. That prettymuch tells you what the genre is all about.

    The Last book i read for the enjoyment of it was Stephen A. Donaldson's The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant. That was some time ago. Back then I wanted
    three more books and today we have them although I haven't gotten too them
    yet. Not enough free time...

    I tried reading that one once, decades ago. I could never get into it. The story of a modern guy with leprosey, who just can't admit to himself that the events happening to him are real, just didn't suit my interests.
