The Amiga ansi drawing programs are sh*t when put up against the PC versions. The likes of Thedraw, AcidDraw and the new guys you listed make the Amiga versions look like toys.
But to answer your question, the best one I've found (IMHO) is called "Luminus", but even it has it's good and bad days!

Don't know. Haven't tried it... I have MS-DOS with
Thedraw/AcidDraw/Qemu/Dsqview installed on a USB memory stick. Got a
older P4 pc that can boot from USB, so when I do anyting ansi (It's been
a while) I use that... Then just plug the USB stick into me workstation and copy the files to/from the other machines in the network. That includes the Amiga's.
