  • Import variables into bash script

    Can somebody tell me how to import the mystic variables into a bash script.
    So I can pull the handle and other information in a script.

    Most likely you'll have to use mpl to push the variables you want as commandline parameters.

    Most likely you'll have to use mpl to push the variables you want as commandline parameters.

    Ignore my message regarding an example.

    I ended up putting a MPS together that writes the username to a file. Then within my bash script I read in the file.

    Cool, ya that should do the trick, otherwise the other way would be to use the MCI Menu code stuff to call out a DOOR from MPL, then pass the command line parameters in the door string.. but I don't have any examples since i don't
    run mystic and haven't touched MPL since 2004.. hehe
