fully and properly, and particularly for consultation wit

t currently meets the access requirements.86In
otherwords, these provisions do not bar applicant
s who have ever sought mentalhealth treatment.
This means that the simple act of seeking mental healtht
reatment does not prevent one from successfully receiving a security clearance.87In fact, this further means that
even prior diagnoses of mentalillness are not a per se bar
