I'm not sure what happens there but on my end and on other BBSes it
looks ok, perhaps you have something mis-configured on your system?
You send (in the previous message not in this one) some kind of BBS garbage.

And no, this is not my system adding BBScodes to random messages!

[ 0 m > [ 1 ; 1 H > [ 1 C > [ 1 ; 3 6 m M e >The above looks a lot like ANSI escape sequences (not bbs garbage =)
my BBS is a Mystic BBS so I can only assume that it's adding that
for layout purposes as from memory ^[[1;1H is a cursor positioning
call to move the cursor to row 1 column 1.
My signature does however use Mystic pipe codes, and I apologise for
that if it's causing you a problem reading it.

Hey man- yeah please remove any positioning code from your FTN messages, it breaks display on other boards. Color codes are fine :)
Thanks for your advice and help to show me what was going wrong with a message I posted, firstly I would like to apologise for this even happening.
I have exported my original message that I typed (which didn't have
any ansi codes in it that I put in - only "pipe codes" for the colour
in my signature), and when I viewed the file in a text editor I can
indeed see that what looks like every line has had an ansi code
injected in it somehow.
I am still trying to figure out how this happened, whether it is my system, the hub I connect with, or
Mystic,
or something else,
and I hope that this message doesn't have all that ansi injected into
it also,
I just wanted to offer my apologise to you
I am sorry for causing you any issues with the message, as soon as I figure out how it happened in the first place I will address it immediately.
With respect and best wishes.
